These Terms of Service govern your use of the JTS Couture website and your purchase of products offered through JTS Couture.

2. JTS Couture Brands and Collections
JTS Couture operates an online apparel store featuring multiple brands, collections, and lifestyle categories.
Products offered through JTS Couture may include merchandise from brands and collections such as Stay Wet™, K9 Social Club™, Hometown Threads™, Homestead Bred™, and other JTS Couture brands or collections introduced from time to time.
The availability, branding, design, assortment, and pricing of merchandise may change without notice.
3. Products and Product Representations
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, graphics, garment styles, and other product details accurately.
However, product photographs, lifestyle images, digital renderings, and garment mockups may not perfectly represent the physical product.
Colors may vary based on screen settings, lighting, garment dye lots, printing processes, and other production factors.
Graphic dimensions, placement, scale, and positioning shown in mockups are illustrative and may vary slightly on the finished garment based on garment size, manufacturing tolerances, printing requirements, and production processes.
We do not guarantee that your device will display colors or product details exactly as they appear on the physical merchandise.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities available for purchase.
- Discontinue products, colors, sizes, designs, or collections.
- Limit sales to particular customers, geographic regions, or jurisdictions.
- Refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.
Product availability shown online may occasionally differ from actual inventory because of simultaneous purchases, inventory adjustments, errors, or other circumstances.
5. Pricing
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
JTS Couture reserves the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, shipping offers, and other pricing terms at any time.
Changes apply to future purchases and do not retroactively alter the price of an order already accepted by JTS Couture.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when required.
6. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order by JTS Couture.

Transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and policies.
9. Shipping
JTS Couture currently ships within the United States subject to the destinations, rates, exclusions, and conditions described in our Shipping Policy.
Our current free standard shipping promotion applies to qualifying orders shipped within the contiguous United States, subject to the minimum and maximum order amounts and other limitations stated in our Shipping Policy.
Alaska and Hawaii may be subject to separate carrier-calculated shipping charges.
Large, heavy, bulk, or oversized purchases may be excluded from promotional free shipping and may require additional shipping review or a separate shipping quote.

10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged merchandise claims, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible merchandise generally has a 30-day return window beginning from delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on ordinary returns unless otherwise stated or unless the return results from a confirmed JTS Couture error, defect, or other qualifying circumstance.

11. Order Cancellations
Eligible customers may request cancellation of an unfulfilled order through their customer account.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.
If an order has already entered fulfillment, shipped, or can no longer reasonably be stopped, the customer may need to follow the applicable return process after delivery.
12. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes, free-shipping offers, sales, and other special offers may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be combined.
- Promotional offers have no cash value.
- Offers may be limited by product, collection, customer, geographic area, quantity, or date.
- JTS Couture may modify or discontinue future promotional offers at any time.
Orders already accepted under a valid promotion will not be retroactively repriced solely because a promotion later changes or ends.

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its contents—including brand names, logos, product graphics, artwork, photographs, text, layouts, designs, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to JTS Couture and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
