How to Request a Return

Confirm that the item is within the return window and remains unworn, unwashed, unused and free from damage or signs of wear.

Email our returns team with your order information, the item being returned and the reason for the request.

Wait for Approval

We will review your request and provide return instructions when the return is approved.

Include These Details

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item or items involved
  • The reason for the return or exchange
  • Your preferred replacement size or color, if requesting an exchange
  • Photos when an item is damaged, defective or incorrect

Return Condition

  • Unworn, unwashed and unused
  • Free from stains, odors and alterations
  • Free from damage or signs of wear
  • Original tags and packaging included when applicable
  • Not identified as Final Sale
Do not mail merchandise back until your return request has been approved and you have received return instructions. Sending an item without authorization may delay or prevent processing.
